METHODS OF PAYMENT
Lino Creative accepts all electronic payments through PayPal. Although it is quick and easy to set up a Paypal account, you can pay with your credit card through the PayPal site whether or not you have an account. For Australian orders we also accept direct deposit. Please email us for account details.

WHOLESALE ORDERS
Lino Creative is currently taking limited wholesale orders. If you have a request, please contact us via email.

SHIPPING
Postage is charged at a flat rate per item. Please contact us for a quote to combine postage. We use registered Australia Post or courier for all orders over $30. Orders are not dispatched until payment is received. All items are shipped within 1-2 days from the date of order. Please contact us if you would like express post.

Delivery from Sydney to other cities and large towns in NSW: 1-3 working days
Delivery between other locations within NSW: 1-3 working days
Delivery between Sydney and adjoining east coast capitals (including Adelaide): 2 working days
Delivery from Sydney to other capital cities: 3-5 working days
Delivery from Sydney to other interstate locations: 4-6 working days
International Delivery : Items posted to international locations will take around 5 to 10 working days. Please allow for extra time during the busy Christmas period.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Lino Creative take the utmost care to ensure that all products are of the highest standard and quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Lino Creative will accept returns within 14 days of the date of purchase and provide a full refund, exchange or credit notice, excluding the cost of postage. In the event that a parcel and its contents are damaged in transit, please contact Lino Creative within 24 hours of receipt of the damaged parcel to organize a replacement, exchange or refund. We will happily replace the damaged item once the original item is returned to us. The original cost of postage is non refundable, however we will not charge you to have a replacement item shipped to you in this instance.
Customers are required to contact Lino Creative and obtain a return authorization number (RAN) within 24 hours of receiving the package. Postage for the replacement of damaged or faulty items will be borne by Lino Creative. Please contact us prior to returning your purchase for a RAN.

All refunds will be issued to the paypal account used during payment. If another payment method was used, we will refund your purchase by direct deposit.

SECURITY
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to the shopfront using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
